This legal agreement establishes the binding terms and conditions between you and AnalystPro Sri Lanka. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Binding Legal Agreement

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Student" or "User") and AnalystPro Sri Lanka (the "Company"). Your enrollment in any program or continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. Continued use after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By proceeding, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and will be held responsible for compliance with all terms set forth herein.

User Obligations and Legal Responsibilities

1. Legal Conduct Requirements

You agree to maintain the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct:

  • 1.1. Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • 1.2. Respect intellectual property rights and avoid unauthorized use or distribution of materials
  • 1.3. Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
  • 1.4. Maintain professional integrity in all interactions and communications
  • 1.5. Report any violations of these terms or illegal activities you become aware of

2. Prohibited Activities and Behaviors

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

  • 2.1. Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of other students, staff, or instructors
  • 2.2. Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or confidential information
  • 2.3. Sharing, selling, or distributing proprietary course materials without written permission
  • 2.4. Plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty in any form
  • 2.5. Disrupting classes, creating disturbances, or interfering with the learning environment

3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

All content creation and sharing must adhere to these guidelines:

  • 3.1. Original work submissions must be your own creation and properly cite all sources
  • 3.2. Shared content must be appropriate, professional, and relevant to educational objectives
  • 3.3. No sharing of content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harmful
  • 3.4. Respect privacy and confidentiality of fellow students and business case studies
  • 3.5. Obtain proper permissions before using third-party materials or resources

4. Age Restrictions and Requirements

Participation in our programs requires meeting specific age and capacity requirements:

  • 4.1. Minimum age of 18 years for independent enrollment and legal agreement acceptance
  • 4.2. Parental or guardian consent required for participants under 18 years of age
  • 4.3. Legal capacity to enter binding contracts under applicable jurisdiction
  • 4.4. Professional experience requirements for advanced programs as specified
  • 4.5. Educational prerequisites and background verification as required

User Responsibilities and Compliance

Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with:

  • • Sri Lankan educational regulations and professional standards
  • • International data protection and privacy laws
  • • Employment and professional licensing requirements in your jurisdiction
  • • Copyright and intellectual property laws for all materials used
  • • Anti-corruption and ethical business conduct standards

Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnalystPro Sri Lanka from:

  • • Claims arising from your violation of these terms or applicable laws
  • • Damages resulting from your misuse of course materials or services
  • • Legal costs associated with your breach of confidentiality agreements
  • • Third-party claims related to your professional work or career decisions
  • • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property or trademarks

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy responsibilities include:

  • • Protecting confidentiality of business cases and real-world examples
  • • Respecting privacy of fellow students and their personal information
  • • Securing your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access
  • • Reporting data breaches or security incidents immediately
  • • Complying with data handling requirements in your workplace

Third-Party Interactions

When interacting with third parties through our programs:

  • • Maintain professional standards during internships and placements
  • • Represent AnalystPro Sri Lanka positively in all professional contexts
  • • Comply with partner organization policies and procedures
  • • Report conflicts of interest or ethical concerns promptly
  • • Respect confidentiality agreements with client organizations

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The following disclaimers and liability limitations are essential components of this agreement and define the scope of our responsibilities and your legal remedies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER: AnalystPro Sri Lanka provides educational services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • • The accuracy, completeness, or currency of course content
  • • Guaranteed employment outcomes or career advancement results
  • • Suitability of programs for specific career objectives or personal circumstances
  • • Compatibility with all technical systems or devices
  • • Uninterrupted access to online platforms or digital resources

Limitation of Liability

MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP: In no event shall AnalystPro Sri Lanka's total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific program or service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability, including:

  • • Contract disputes or breach of agreement claims
  • • Negligence or professional malpractice allegations
  • • Intellectual property infringement claims
  • • Data breach or privacy violation incidents
  • • Technical failures or system unavailability

Consequential Damages Exclusion

EXCLUDED DAMAGES: Under no circumstances shall AnalystPro Sri Lanka be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • • Career advancement delays or professional setbacks
  • • Loss of reputation or professional standing
  • • Emotional distress or personal injury claims
  • • Third-party claims or damages arising from your actions

Force Majeure Provisions

UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: AnalystPro Sri Lanka shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • • Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
  • • Government regulations, laws, or policy changes
  • • Internet outages, cyber attacks, or technical infrastructure failures
  • • Labor disputes, strikes, or civil unrest
  • • Acts of terrorism, war, or political instability

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Language: English shall be the controlling language for interpretation of these terms.

Precedence: These terms take precedence over any conflicting terms in other agreements.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

Step 1: Direct negotiation between parties for 30 days

Step 2: Formal mediation through approved mediation services

Step 3: Binding arbitration under Sri Lankan Arbitration Act

Final Resort: Court proceedings in Colombo jurisdiction

Costs: Prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney fees

Severability Clause

Invalid Provisions: If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms remains in full force.

Replacement Terms: Invalid provisions shall be replaced with enforceable terms that most closely reflect the original intent.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement between parties.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

Terms Modification Policy

Amendment Rights: AnalystPro Sri Lanka reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Notice Period: Material changes require 30 days advance written notice to enrolled students.

Acceptance: Continued use of services after notice period constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Opt-Out Rights: Students may terminate enrollment if they disagree with material changes.
