  • 4. Submitting false information or impersonating another person
  • 5. Using automated tools or bots to access or scrape our website content

Service Access Requirements

To access our full range of services, you must:

Account and Access Management

Account Creation

  • • Submit completed enrollment form with accurate personal and professional details
  • • Provide valid email address for account verification and communication
  • • Choose secure login credentials and maintain confidentiality
  • • Complete initial assessment or placement test if required for program level
  • • Accept these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy during registration

Security Responsibilities

  • • Keep login credentials confidential and do not share with others
  • • Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized account access
  • • Log out from shared or public computers after using our services
  • • Update account information promptly when personal details change
  • • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available

Account Suspension

  • • Violation of acceptable use policy or prohibited activities
  • • Failure to make required payments within specified timeframes
  • • Providing false or misleading information during enrollment
  • • Engaging in disruptive behavior affecting other students or staff
  • • Repeated failure to meet program attendance or participation requirements

Multiple Account Policy

  • • Each individual is permitted only one active student account
  • • Corporate accounts may be established for organizational training programs
  • • Account sharing or transferring enrollment to another person is prohibited
  • • Contact us for assistance if you need to update account ownership
  • • Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended at our discretion

Service Availability & Modifications

Service Uptime & Maintenance

We maintain our services with industry-standard reliability:

  • • Target 99.5% uptime for online platform and learning management system
  • • Scheduled maintenance windows during off-peak hours with advance notice
  • • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice for critical security updates
  • • Alternative access methods provided during extended maintenance periods

Geographic Restrictions

Our services are primarily designed for:

  • • Residents of Sri Lanka and South Asian region

  • • In-person components limited to Colombo and major Sri Lankan cities

We reserve the right to modify services:

  • • Course schedules may be adjusted based on enrollment and instructor availability
  • • Program formats may shift between in-person, hybrid, or online delivery
  • • Pricing and program structure updates with reasonable advance notice
  • • Discontinuation of programs with alternative options provided to enrolled students

Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership

All educational content, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, case studies, assessments, and multimedia resources, are the intellectual property of AnalystPro Sri Lanka or licensed from third parties. Students receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes during their enrollment period.

Student-Generated Content

Students retain ownership of original work created during programs, including assignments, projects, and presentations. However, AnalystPro Sri Lanka may use anonymized student work for educational purposes, program improvement, and marketing with proper attribution and student consent.

License Grants

Upon enrollment, students receive a revocable license to access course materials for the duration of their program plus 90 days post-completion. This license includes the right to download specified materials for offline study but prohibits redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content.

Copyright & Trademark Notices

The AnalystPro Sri Lanka name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by AnalystPro Sri Lanka. Students may not use these marks without explicit written permission. All third-party content used in our programs is properly licensed and credited to original creators.
